Terra Therma Redux

Complete re-design of the Terra Therma Map in MechWarrior Online

• Evaluated feedback and issues with the original Terra Therma and re-designed the map accordingly
• Created four primary areas of engagement with clearly defined pathways, cover and landmarks
• Added elevation to the level by creating platforms for players to traverse
• Balanced game modes and gameplay
• Provided players with multiple opportunities of approach

• Implemented first pass of the environment art

• Decided to keep the original Caldera to appease the community
• Moved the Caldera to the far side of the map in order to diversify gameplay options
• Added all game modes to the map including: Assault, Domination, Conquest, Skirmish, and Scouting
